In order to provide the best possible outcome for you and your upcoming project, we are going to discuss the services that we offer so you can easily find out if we’re the right agency partner for your next Erasmus+ or Turing project.

Individual Erasmus+/Turing Scheme Enquiries vs. Group Enquiries

We mainly organise Erasmus+ or Turing Scheme internships for whole groups rather than for individuals. This means we work with teachers at all types of educational organisations planning to send their students on an exceptional experience abroad. These experiences will have already been funded by Erasmus+ or the Turing Scheme. However, if you’re enrolled at an educational institution (college, further education, higher education, or vocational school) we can also help you to organise your individual Erasmus+ or Turing Scheme project. Just contact us to discuss.

If you are a teacher looking for the perfect partner to help with application for funding and organisation of your next Erasmus+ or Turing Scheme project – let’s talk about our Erasmus+ and Turing Scheme services in detail.

Erasmus+

At TravelEdventures, we are the experts when it comes to successful Erasmus+ projects. We support you before and during your Erasmus+ application by providing you with lots of useful information to help you write your application. After you receive a positive answer granting you funding, we still carry on helping by organising your Erasmus+ mobility. From finding the perfect internship placement organising transfers, accommodation, and additional activities.

We’ve worked for many years in the field of Erasmus+ internships. Most of our employees have done an Erasmus+ mobility themselves and this is why we know exactly how we can help you best. Many placements have been made through TravelEdventures resulting in lots of satisfied customers happy with their unique experiences abroad. It is not just about enjoying an international experience but also about work experience and students benefit from that throughout life. As trainees live at their desired Erasmus+ destination, the experience is also cultural enrichment, because students get to know what it’s like to be a “local” and take part in some of the country’s customs. Another important aspect is the independence that students gain through taking part in an Erasmus+ internship. Often, this type of experience will be the first-time students live completely by themselves; this is another area where they develop as individuals.

Turing Scheme

Since 2021, there’s been a new programme that’s arrived called the Turing Scheme which is designed for UK residents as well as citizens in respective British Overseas Territories. It was created because of the UK’s exit from the EU. Generally, it provides the same benefits as Erasmus+. However, there are some minor adjustments. The main advantage is students are able to study and work in any country in the world and receive funding for their Turing Scheme stay.

We support you with organising your upcoming Turing Scheme project – so if you are a teacher and you’re currently planning a Turing Scheme mobility for your students, contact us. We can help you with everything from beginning to end of your Turing Scheme project. This is a great chance to enable your students to step outside their comfort zone and enrich their professional lives with a unique work experience anywhere in the world by providing them with a Turing Scheme grant so they can afford the opportunity.

Without a Funding Programme

We can also organise your internship if you live outside of the UK or you’re not from a country that’s a member of the European Union (or Erasmus+ country). If you want to organise an internship for your students without receiving funding from Erasmus+ or the Turing Scheme we will still be happy to make your internship mobility a blast! Thanks to our longstanding expertise we have a great network of partners in many countries – so we’re sure to find the best placement for your group’s upcoming internship abroad.

Language Trips

As well as managing Erasmus+ and Turing Scheme internships, we also focus on organising language trips for school groups. We send lots of students wherever they want to go and organise everything for you, such as bus transfers, flights, language school, a host family (or other accommodation), and if needed, excursions. The whole process is a cooperation between the given teacher(s) and our dedicated Travelmania team. Language trips are a specialist field of ours because we know through our own experience, that it’s something every student looks forward to during their school career. A language trip is not only the best way to learn a foreign language in a short amount of time, but also enriches a student’s personal life through insight into a new culture. So, it is a combination of developing language skills and growing as a person.

Often, a language trip is the first time a student will travel without their family, so they need to take responsibility for themselves, which contributes to their personal development. We want to support students during this special experience and make the stay unforgettable – we plan everything so there’s no need to worry about any details that might be forgotten.

Whether it is about your next Erasmus+ or Turing Scheme project or your next language trip, you are always welcome to contact us, and we will be happy to help and advise you. Our team can’t wait to organise your next project. Make the most out of your students’ education - they will benefit from these experiences for the rest of their lives.
