Perhaps you’ve heard of an Erasmus+ Financial Report but you’re unsure what it is? In this piece, we’ll briefly explore what it is and why you need one for your own Erasmus+ project.
What the Erasmus+ Financial Report Does
An Erasmus+ grant provides financial support to assist with additional expenses such as basic non-living expenses, for example, your travel costs. The Erasmus+ grant amount often varies from each academic year. We’d suggest that you may check the relevant amounts as listed below for the country that will be hosting you.
The Participant Report
Participants in Erasmus+ receive automated e-mails that consist of an invitation to complete a Participant Report through an EU survey. This is your chance to share your feedback on your experience participating in a mobility activity for either an Erasmus+ programme, or a European Solidarity Corps programmes.
When you receive your e-mail, there will be a dedicated link to the Participant Report. This link will not expire so don’t worry if you don’t do it immediately! The individual Participant Report is completed online through an EU Survey and is offered in various languages.
Save as You Go!
The participant can save the survey as a draft and submit it at a later date. After submission, the participant can also download a PDF version of their feedback, but you won’t be able to edit the feedback once submitted.
