In order to provide a simple process for the applicants and to guarantee the well-functioning of the Erasmus+ program, the European Union works together with national agencies in each member country. This gives the applicants have an info point in their home country, which provides all relevant information as well as the required documents regarding the application for an Erasmus+ funding. The national agencies support the applicants and supply them with a guideline for the application process. The task of the national agencies is to spread the Erasmus+ mandate. Additionally, the agencies collect the application documents and monitor and evaluate the Erasmus+ programs.

If you are considering applying for an Erasmus+ program, it's advisable to contact your national agency beforehand to receive all necessary information. Each country holds its own national branch. Depending on the area you come from, a regional contact person will be assigned to assist you in the best possible way. Below you find a list of all national branches:

We recommend contacting your respective national agency if you are considering an Erasmus+ movement and want to be better informed about the program. If you are already planning to apply for an Erasmus+ funding they also provide you with useful information and all the required documents for your Erasmus+ application.

Beyond that, you can also check our guide for Erasmus+ funding applicants or read our Handbook for Erasmus+ Project Management & Execution.

You can of course also get in touch with an agency (like us) to help with your application. We will be happy to guide you.
